The Breath is Life. 


When you hold your breath you stop your emotions and your life. Unresolved emotional issues or trauma often results in held breath and restricted physical expression or movement.  

Opening channels of creativity and healing, for a more balanced mind, body, spirit connection. 

Part of the theater training I received in university included breathing and movement techniques and exercises intended to help free the student from emotional blockages, without forcing the student to share their story or background. My training includes instruction in and facilitation of these breathing techniques.  I coach clients in the breathing techniques and exercises; facilitating movement through and dissolving of emotional blocks, with the aim of spiritual and emotional well-being.
